FIT Pilates with Gayle Sundays 10:15 1/5 to 2/23


FIT Pilates is not your typical Pilates class!  Traditional Mat Pilates will be taught as well as other hip and core exercises using a variety of equipment such as bands, TRX, Bosu, stability and medicine balls, and light hand weights. Gayle has over 15 years experience teaching Pilates and this class will guarantee a stronger core and hips for better posture, increased support of the spine and hips, better mobility and flexibility, and balance.
