Groups of 6-20 kids ages 10-18 wanted!

Training for specific age ranges are forming now.

FIT on Main and SKJAJA are partnering to provide outdoor fitness opportunities for youth during virtual learning. 

The goal is to maintain athletic conditioning safely and stay active while being with friends.

Training Sessions Will Include

Strength training utilizing body weight, bands and weights

Cardiovascular conditioning and explosiveness

Agility work

Core stability and rotational movement

Mobility, flexibility, balance, and injury prevention

Wednesday Available Times on the Southern Village Green in October:

12:00pm-1:00pm (Boys 9-12)

3:00pm-4:00pm (High School Girls)



COVID19 Safety Protocol

Group size of no more than 20

Physical distancing: circuit stations and mats placed at least 8 feet apart

No sharing of equipment

Masks required when entering, exiting, and socializing before and after the session

Cost Depends On Group Size
