FIT Circuit is a full-body workout integrating a variety of functional exercises to increase strength, cardiovascular endurance, core stability, and balance. The circuit works the body in every direction with dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, Bosus, stability balls, and more. Agility ladders, cones, ropes, and bodyweight exercies are incorporated for cardiovascular intervals. This class is customizable and accessible to all skill levels.

FIT HIIT

FIT HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a challenging class guaranteed to make you sweat and push your limits with a combination of bodyweight, strength, plyometric, and cardiovascular exercises, all set to great music. Lisa will inspire you to become stronger and fitter, so be prepared for an intense workout guaranteed to produce great results!
