Combining traditional mat Pilates techniques with hip, core, and overall strength training exercises utilizing equipment such as bands, TRX, Bosu, stability and medicine balls, and light hand weights, this class will guarantee a stronger core and hips for better posture, increased support of the spine and hips, and better mobility, flexibility, and balance.
