FIT Circuit is a full-body workout integrating a variety of functional exercises to increase strength, cardiovascular endurance, core stability, and balance. The circuit works the body in every direction with dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, Bosus, stability balls, and more. Agility ladders, cones, ropes, and bodyweight exercies are incorporated for cardiovascular intervals. This class is customizable and accessible to all skill levels.
