Outdoor FIT Circuit Classes at FIT on Main

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7am

Gayle is offering a Tuesday and Thursday 7am class outside of FIT on Main.  Space is limited so please contact us to secure a space.  This class consists of a variety of stations utilizing weights, kettlebells, stability and medicine balls, TRX, Bosu, and combined with cardiovascular intervals and core for a balanced work-out. 

 

Interested in forming your own class with a group of friends?  Let us know and we will do our best to put something together!

 

FIT for Athletes: Outdoor Group Training for Youth

Wednesdays by appointment

FIT on Main is forming groups of 6-20 youth ages 10-18 on the Southern Village Green. 

The current times and groups are:

Wednesdays 12:00-1:00 (boys 9-12)

Wednesdays 3:00-4:00 (High School Girls)

The goal of "FIT For Athletes" training is to provide a social outlet outdoors with friends during virtual learning. 

 

In each training session the youth will work on mobility and agility, speed work, sports specific drills, injury prevention, strength, timed circuits, core work, and stretching. The well-rounded movement patterns will enhance performance for whatever activity the child participates in!
